In my younger years I spent some time working for a small used car lot. Believe me, their "rollback wizzard" was very busy. It is very naive to believe that "detectable traces" are left behind by anyone but a grossly incompetent one timer. Also, what used car buyer is willing to take the dash apart to find these traces unless they are something easy to see, like finger print smudges on the inside. The old mechanical dashes are just as changeable as the new electronic dashes. Rick Schieve
