From: Mary Shafer <shafer@skipper.dfrf.nasa.gov> The current (11 Feb) issue of _New Yorker_ has the first part of a two-part article that many sci.military readers will enjoy. Titled "Annals of the Cold War: The Yellow Rain Complex--1" (on p. 38 et seq), it starts with a history of chemical and biological agents and then begins a discussion of the yellow rain episode. It's a very interesting article and I recommend it.
