I don't see this detector sold retail in my area, although I haven't looked a great deal. Are they only sold through the factory? Are they available through any discount houses, the way stereo equipment is? The Escort is REPUTED to be the best detector available. Anybody want to dispute this? Also, I noticed somebody else out there wanting information on detectors. Whoever you are, feel free to dump whatever information you get in my mailbox...

Escorts are sold only by the factory for $245.00. Simply your VISA or Mastercard number or other means of payment and they will send it along. On VISA my Escort arrived in five days! By the way they will give you a thirty day trial and if your not happy they will even pay the return postage! I bet they don't have to pay much return postage though! You can't beat this thing!!
