As I promised earlier, here are the numbers/info. on this book so that
if you wish to order it, you can give your favorite bookstore something
to work with:

Title: "Kelly: More Than My Share of It All"
Author(s): Clarence L. "Kelly" Johnson with Maggie Smith
Publisher: Smithsonian Institute Press, Washington D.C.
Copyright 1985 [my book is from fourth printing, 1987]
ISBN 0-87474-564-0

Here is a big long number that may be useless except in a library:

UG626.2.J62A36 1985 629.13'0092'4 <<<<<<this last one looks suspisciously
like a library card catalog number

I think the ISBN number is the one you need for ordering purposes.

This is a fascinating book, IMHO, that gives some personal insight into
the man behind the Skunk Works and their products from his earliest days
with the Lockheed Electra right up through the SR71's. There is also some
interesting discussion of the Glomar Explorer, which is generally known
as a Hughes project, but for which Lockheed designed the mechanism
to pick up a sunken Russian sub from 15,000 feet down.

FYI, my copy from the USAF Museum bookshop cost me $17.95 (hardcover).
Your mileage may vary. :-)
