[sci.military] B-49

Two difficulties with the B-49:

 - Its weapons bays could not carry the early A-bomb

 - Triplex-redundant digital flight control systems were not available in the
late 40s - the B-49's manual FCS must have been a box of tricks!

However, the B-36 must have been a nightmare to operate, and it is not
surprising that USAF got rid of them ASAP.
