I have an urgent request for information regarding the status of the
HARM (High-speed.Anitradiation.Missile) as I'm sure the net is aware
this missile is used for attacking enemy radar instillations and was
used during the gulf war.
I need information regarding the history of the production contracts
and also any recent orders made in light of usage in the war with
Iraq. Specifically I would like to know as much as possible about the
Harm missile rocket motor casing I have information that suggest Morton
Thiokol Inc. was awarded the contract for the missile casing.? (In all
probability the propellent as well )
If no one knows about the above perhaps they know where I can find out?
Alternatively if anyone out there wishes to [can't say this word on
articles traversing the NSFnet, please. --CDR] an electrically heated
pit type gas carburising furnace model GC 3678 previously used for the
manufacture of HARM missile cases by Pylon Industries then contact me
either by e-mail (more information availble on request) :-)
or at Michael Gerson Ltd., London, N20 9lB

Thiokol was sole source subcontractor for the first few years. After while, Hercules became second source. When I worked on the program (left December 1988) both companies got a part of the production order. Regards, Dave Hall
