My cat apparently has FIP, a reputedly always terminal disease. If he indeed has it, it is still the dry form (i.e. no apparent fluid build-up in his body cavities). Obviously, I hope the diagnosis is incorrect and that he will eventually respond to the antibiotics we are cycling him through. However, in case the diagnosis is correct, what can we do for him? Is there anything available that is effective in curing, halting, or even slowing the disease?
