Marshall, is there a reason that your userid was sent to me?

Since I have signed up for this network, I have received no mail. What is the
purpose of this group? I am interested in Senior Citizen issues and hope this
is related to your focus. Do you know of any other on-line groups which deal
with topics for the elderly?

kristoff@genbank.bio.net (David Kristofferson) (10/11/90)

This group was set up for scientists involved in aging research, not
for discussions of general sociological issues. You might look to
other USENET groups for that kind of thing. You are right that the
traffic has been low (not clear that this group is improving with age
8-).

Becky, this group seems to be quite quiet. So does GERINET@UBVM.
You might like to try Compuserve, and its ISSUES forum. Section 14
is titled "Village Elders", and is now quite active.
Does this help? Please reply to
 76505.1575@compuserve.com
which is my compuserve address, and is checked more regularly.
