Most of the Student Branches would have more access to the Internet than FidoNet. It's not so easy to create a Newsgroup on the Internet. However, once the mail-forwarder is installed and running here, I could arrange things to run as a 'mailing list', sending to Internet folks as 'mail' and to FidoNet folks as EchoMail/GroupMail.
