CALL FOR PAPERS FOR IEEE TENCON 1991 August 28-30, 1991, New Delhi, India SESSION ON "TRENDS IN GLOBAL PRIVATE NETWORKING" Under the auspices of the IEEE, the session organizers invite you for submission of papers for a challenging and a very special special session on "Trends in Global Private Networking." Private Networks (within Corporations and Government Agencies) providing with a broad range of user specific services and features have evolved throughout the 80's. Many of these networks cross political and geographical boundaries to provide users with a seamless networking environment, in conformance with accepted standards. The challenge for the 90's is to identify the major driving forces that will determine the nature of these networks.
