CALL FOR DISCUSSION: talk.engineering.education
(or a shorter name if anybody has one...)

Charter:
To discuss the strengths and weaknesses of engineering education in the USA.
To inform participants of novel concepts being tried in this area at any
     universities.
To suggest ways of eliminating problems in the educational system of any
     engineering program.
To help participants to find out how to fill gaps in their own academic
     or professional backgrounds.

Status:
unmoderated.
