         Are you an IEEE member?  Do you have one of these?

         IEEE Engineering Society Library wants $80 for the 29th IEEE
         Symposium proceedings; I just want *one* article from this
         619 page monster.

         I'm working on a large computational geometry project and
         need some background before I can start coding.  Any help is
         *very* *much* appreciated.
