Hi,

I am curious how one might go about ordering IEEE Standards Publications.

    Thanks to M Darrin Chaney for pointing out an omission in my post about
a cheap way of getting CPU time.  I forgot to mention that the resulting time
is a longword count of CPU time in 10-millisecond ticks.
