[net.auto] Learn to live with 55 MPH, seatbelts, etc.

Let's cut the rationalizations about why people should be able to drive
faster, waste gas, and decrease general safety on public roads!  The 55 mph
speed limit works to improve safety and fuel conservation, and I'm all for that.
Those of you who think that there is some "Manifest Destiny," some "God-given"
right to own cars, drive in a manner that disregards safety and the need to
conserve fuel, and that the world revolves for your special benefit,
shouldn't be on the roads in the first place!
