I noticed that too, but again I haven't really contributed anything because I don't know eiffel. I have been reading B. Meyer's book though and thats why I look through this newsgroup everyday. I would like to get my hands on an evaluation copy of eiffel (if I can get one for free!!!!). -Nitin

I for one would like to see this newsgroup become much more active as well. I've had Eiffel 2.1b for a couple of months and plan on doing a major graphics package with it. I'd also like to see our department switch to Eiffel for our new software development. After the initial investment in getting the basic libraries you need, the time savings is incredible!! It's a well thought out language. I only wish it ran a bit faster ;-) (Could be the ancient 68020 machine I'm using, I've been catching up on my reading during compiles). BTW, anyone out there using the window package that comes with 2.1?? I made my own based on curses when I was using version 1.4 but I'd like to get away from depending on curses so it's more portable. Later...
