Here is a problem mailed to me by one of my students. Can anyone shed some light on this? Init01V() is in the temporary main C file, and I cannot find its definition anywhere in /usr/local/Eiffel. We are using version 2.2 level A on an AT&T 6386 running SysV R3.2. ========================================================================== Dr. Heliotis, .... I still had problems linking my program. The first error went away after you made your change, however, I still got the following error: ld fatal: undefined symbol in file Init01V /tmp/ETC04676.o I removed my code that was using the iabs function and replaced it with my own function and I was then able to get the program to link. .... ========================================================================== And while I am sending this, why is it that the ownership of the library .o files is always changing to one of the recent users?
