I'm not a current Eiffel user and I'd like to find out how basic numeric types are handled in Eiffel. I noticed a brief excerpt from the NUMERIC class in the paper "Lessons From the Design of the Eiffel Libraries" but no mention of it in the OOSC book. I realize this will probably be published in a book next year sometime but is there a short form available in the meantime I can look at?
