We are a university department of computer science who are considering introducing eiffel to our undergraduates on a Pyramid 98X system. Does anyone have experience of eiffel on this platform and/or as a teaching language? Any experiences (good or bad) and any info on the compiler performance would be much appreciated. Replies direct to me may be most appropriate (particularly if I have missed such info through subscribing late to this group).
