******ANNOUNCING****** AIX/370 Free-For-All Saturday, February 23, 1991 San Francisco Hilton on Hilton Square (415) 771-1400 San Francisco, California Cypress Room 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. You are invited to attend an AIX/370 Free-For-All scheduled for Saturday, February 23, 1991 at the Hilton in San Francisco. The purpose of this get together is to share knowledge about the AIX/370 product from IBM. Twenty-five sites have already con- firmed attendance. SHARE membership or attendance are not prere- quisites for attending this gathering. It is requested that each site attending this meeting be prepared to discuss the following for your site: 1) a list of software that your site is consistently having to port; 2) (if possible) a diagram of your AIX configuration and release level; and 3) your three most annoying problems. New, existing or curious AIX/370 sites are invited; so please pass this on to others who may not be on our mailing lists. The tentative agenda is: + Introductions + System Configurations + Production System Environment + Ported Software + Most Annoying Problems + System Management + LUNCH + Performance/System Tuning + Software Development + Security + Projects + Support Issues A minute taker will be needed. Break refreshments will be pro- vided; but lunch will not. There will also be an RS/6000 Free-For-All on Sunday, February 24th.
