[gnu.ghostscript.bug] Turbo C 2.0 and Ghostscript

Hi - I'm trying to compile Ghostscript using Turbo C v2.0.  gsmain.c gets
compiler errors moaning about the switch and argument parsing functions
being passed as arguments ('misplaced function declaration' or some such).
Anybody got a workaround?
