There are very few times during the day when that stretch of I-5 can be driven at those speeds. At night the range of normal headlights is less than the stopping distance at speeds greater than 80 MPH. Driving at 90 MPH more than the normal flow of traffic is playing Russian Roulette with all those nice folks who drive 55 in the left lanes. John Eaton !hplabs!hp-pcd!john
