and that completes the design of the water-based internal combustion engine. Some of you may have heard of the kit car that you used to be able to get from Lotus, the Lotus-7. The Japanese, in the fine art of replicars, has come up with a kit car made up mostly of Toyota parts and they call it - you guessed it - the R O T U S - 7 groan on!
