A man is sitting in a bar looking extremely depressed and somewhat intoxicated. At one point he begins pouring his beer into his cupped hand. The guy next to him asks, "Hey buddy, whaddya doin'?" The dejected man replies, "Getting my date drunk." About half an hour later, the down and out man is suddenly thrusts his entire hand into a nearby pitcher of beer. The guy next to him asks, "Whaddya doin' now?" The man replies, "Getting my date REALLY drunk." -- Edited by Brad Templeton.
