[net.auto] Photo Licenses

The Ontario government is intent on issuing photo driver's licenses
to all drivers in the next couple of years.  However, the cost of
license is going up from about $6 to $15 (Cdn, of course).  This is
quite a jump, and what I would like to know is:

Those of you in states/provinces with photo licenses, what is your
license fee?
