Q: How many Roumanians does it take to change a 40 watt lightbulb? A: 60,000 dead and 300,000 injured. (Ceaucescu restricted the Roumanians to use only one 40 watt lightbulb per family, to save electricity.) I made it up myself, so don't blame anyone else for it. -- Edited by Brad Templeton.
