You may have read that Intel recently filed suit with AMD. It seems that both companies employ someone named Mike Webb, and while both Webbs happened to be staying at the same hotel, some AMD announcement materials about the Am386 were mistakenly sent to Intel's Webb. Intel figured that this infringed on their trademark of the name "386", and filed suit accordingly. Clearly, AMD is missing an opportunity if they don't file a countersuit with Intel over Intel's use of the name "Mike Webb". -- Edited by Brad Templeton.
