How to order the TeleJokeBooks from inside Canada: (Instructions for the USA and world are in another posting.) You can use the mail, or order by phone. (If you are in Kitchener-Waterloo, read the following message on local pickup.) Also, some stores, like the University of Toronto bookstore, carry the book. I can send the book to you either by surface mail or air mail as you choose. You know Canada Post. Ontario is cheapest, the Yukon is the most, and Vancouver's in the middle. I can also do U.P.S., which is often less on the higher quantities. C.O.D. is available for $2.50 extra. If a bunch of people in any area want to get together and do a bulk order, I will give a discount. I believe the U. of T. bookstore may be ordering.
