Heard this one on a local radio (102FM, Pocatello) station: The Bush administration has been dealt another setback in its plans to take out the chemical weapons facilities in Iraq. It seems the EPA has new information which indicates that the smokestacks at these plants are favored nesting sites for the spotted owl. -- Edited by Brad Templeton.
