The United States has recently been sending experts to Eastern Europe to give advice on economics, parlimentary procedures, journalism, selling off state industry, et cetera. The most recent example of such advice is the current journey of Richard Nixon to Moscow, where he will advise the Kremlin concerning re-establishment of a totalitarian state. -- Edited by Brad Templeton.
