Using AT&T equipment, max <memory on a 3B2/300 is 4 Megs. Using ANYONE's equipment, the maximum memory on a 3B2/300-310-400 is 4 meg. The memory hardware cannot address more than 4 megabyte. It's been closely scrutinized by people with access to schematics.
