[comp.windows.ms] Operating Systems/Environments Newsgroup?

If comp.windows.ms is primarily aimed at developers working with
Windows products, where can I find people discussing other operating
systems and environments like DesqView, OS2, (other).  I have serious
doubts that Windows will ever work right and I am searching for options.
