[comp.windows.ms] Cursor files

I am trying to build a simple cursor, I have made a file to the
specification in the Petzold book, but what I get bears no relation to
what I thought I had put in the file.

Could someone EMail me a sample .CUR file, (Any thing would do, but
simple is better). So I can examine it. 

PS I don't have the icon editor, but I am trying to write one.
