We are in the process of developing a large Windows based application and I was wondering if anyone else has had any experiences with large Windows applications that they would like to share. We have approximately 23 DLLs associated with this application and some of the DLLs are rather large (about 200K). We try to keep each of our code segments down to around 8K so that Windows will manage memory effectively. We have run into one problem that Microsoft has acknowledged as being a bug in Windows. The problem had to do with the number of function reference links between our DLLs and between our application and our DLLs. Feel free to send me mail if you would like a detailed description. In any event, I would appreciate hearing about any other experience, positive or negative, that anyone has had while developing large Windows applications.
