[comp.windows.ms] Windows 256 color video drivers?

Can anyone tell me which video boards have a 256 color driver for
windows, at 640x480 or above resolution?  All I ever see in adds is
the "high resolution windows drivers" label, but I need the 256 colors 
to display GIFs.
