I recently saw a reference to a book called "Object Oriented Programming Featuring ACTOR" by Marty Franz. I wrote to the publishers representatives in England asking for an inspection copy, but they deny its existence! Can anyone tell me who the publishers are, and the ISBN number ? Thanks in advance. -- H.Davis@uk.ac.soton.ecs (JANET) Hugh Davis H.Davis@ecs.soton.ac.uk (Bitnet) Dept of Electronics and Computer Science H.Davis@sot-ecs.uucp (uucp) University of Southampton Tel: +44 703 595000 X3669 Southampton SO9 5NH England Fax: +44 703 593045 Telex: 47661 SOTONU G

According to the latest issue of The Whitewater Group's newsletter Currents the book is published by Scott, Foresman and Company and has a price of US$24.95. The phone number for the publisher was given as (800) 628-4480. (That number most likely is not good outside of the US though.)
