[comp.windows.ms] tiffany problem

I've got a copy of the shareware version of Tiffany (MS Windows screen 
capture program).  It creates FatalExit code 0x0007 sometimes after
the hot key is pressed.  Has anybody out there experienced the same
problem?  How can the problem be solved? thanks.
