Like some other users of windows 3.0 I also have a problem with my harddisk.
I have a 286 AT-clone with a terrible slow 20 Mb harddisk. ( access time = 81
ms ). My AT-clone is running at 10 Mhz.
When running windows 3.0 ones in a while I get the message Can't read drive C:.
I push the button Retry with my mouse and there she goes again without any
problem. So no damage is done but the timeout before windows comes to the
conclusion he or she cann't read the drive is much to long.
Is anybody farmilair with this problem and has anyone a solution ????
