Hi, I am asking this for a friend. Does anyone out there know why Windows 3.0's Paintbrush program doesn't load .pcx format pictures in 256 colors? However, it does recognize that the .pcx does compose of the 256 colors. He try loading .pcx picture with all 256 colors and all he gets is a mono-color picture with redish tints on it.
