[comp.windows.ms] Journals for Windows Programmers?

Dear Fellow netters,

I recalled reading about a Windows specific journal some time back, either in
this newsgroup or one of the other IBM newsgroups. I can't remember whether
it was for programmers or general MS Windows users.
Anyway, what I really wanted to know is if there are any Windows specific
journals for programmers, and if yes could somebody (anybody) please supply me
with the address of the publisher.
