The program is called GRAFIX WORKSHOP and the current version is 3.1. The program will convert these formats: MAC paint, GEM, PCX, GIF, TIFF, Postscript, WPG, MSP and IFF formats. If the file has to many colors you can use the dithering function in the program. It can use the following dithering algorythms, BAYER, Floyd (unidirectional and Directional) Burks, and Stucki formats. The program is should be avalible under the name GRAFWK31.ZIP I hope this helps.
