Does someone know the format for the New EXE headers found on Windows and OS/2 EXE files? The Windows SDK 3.0 does not contain this information anymore. In fact it was incorrect in the 2.1 SDK. I am most interested in how the resource table is organized. Thanks. -----Dale Rogerson-----

They give an a phone number to call ((800) 428-9400) to get the notes, but when I tried the number, I got a "not in service" message. Has anyone had any luck getting through with this number?
