I am using a Logitech C9 bus mouse plugged into my ATI VGA Wonder card,
and using the ATI mouse driver. It works great, though I don't have or
particularly care for the "ballistic" driver that works with the Logitech
board.

IMO the Logitech mouse is superior in its handling and feel to the others,
though this is no doubt more a matter of just becoming habituated to its
feel. Whenever I touch a Mac mouse I think, how Klunky! Actually I think
I liked my older square Logitech C7 better than the hump-shaped C9. The
buttons were crisper feeling.

I think the Logitech does have higher resolution than a lot of the others,
and sometimes the 3 buttons are an advantage, if you have software that
uses them.
