I have been trying to get the Paradox Personal Programmer to work with Windows and it doesn't like the Windows provided Expanded Memory. So I thought I would try using EMM386.SYS to make some dedicated Expanded Memory for its use. The problem is that with EMM386.SYS installed, whenever I access my SCSI drive I receive an Error #3 message from EMM386.SYS and then the system reboots. Obviously, this makes EMM386.SYS unusable with my system. Does anyone know what Error #3 means? Has anyone gotten Paradox Personnal Programmer to work under Windows? Does anyone have an XMS to EMS driver which works with Windows and SCSI drives? Thanks in advance. - Jeff (jaltman@ccmail.sunysb.edu)
