There is a special driver for himem.sys (#5) for AT&T 6300 plus but I can never get the machine into standard mode. It always hangs on me. Several people I have spoken with have had the same problem. Microsoft tech support was totally useless. They never seemed to have heard of the problem. I have a 2M AT&T etended/expanded memory board. I tried every reasonable combination of settings and a few unreasonable ones as well. A second question is if anyone has a windows 3.0 driver for an AT&T Display Enhancement Board (DEB). I managed to get some color by using the windows 2.xx driver and renaming some attxxx.xxx by debxxx.xxx. This seems to work although the appearance of some holes in my wallpaper have left me less than reassured. Any help would be greatfully appreciated. Direct E-mail would be fine.
