I can't seem to find anything in the sdk manuals or the Petzold book about obtaining information from the printer device driver on what kind of fonts are available. Can anyone explain how to find out what fonts are available (name, whether they are scalable, attributes like bold etc.) and how to set the font when you want to issue a TextOut (hPrnDC, "string"); command.
