OK guys, No working answers yet. When running in enhanced mode, a comm application issues a UAE and dies. when I try to restart the app or another app that uses the comm port, I get a "port in use" error. Q: How do I free the comm port after the app has died without restarting windows ???? The 386Enhanced icon in the control panel seems to be of no help (but thax anyway Roger). Due to the high net.volume pls use Email. Postage due if necessary. Thanx in advance!
