I am trying to connect to a 38.4 kbaud device under windows and the standard serial device under windows only goes to 19.2 kbaud. Does anyone know how to access higher rates? I can work with interupts and TSR's but I understand that windows is rather impolite about such things. I need windows to either help me out or get out of my way and neither seems possible. If someone has a PD source for a serial port driver for windows I will gladly modify it and put the result back in the public domain. BTW: This is for version 2.11. FTP sources welcome.
