[comp.windows.ms] DDE with Excel

I'm trying to write a server and some macros to make MS-Excel communicate
with a BTrieve database.  The Excel manual doesn't seem to talk about this
in too much depth.  Does anyone have any Excel macros that initiate a
conversation and send some information between each-other?
