[comp.windows.ms] MS Windows/PM API Interface for Mac or X?

Does anyone know of anyone who has implemented a Microsoft
Windows or OS/2 Presentation Manager API on top of
Quickdraw or XLib?  I would very much appreciate hearing
from you.
