[comp.windows.ms] shell tool for Windows 3.0

Are there any Windows 3.0 applications that behave like X11's xterm or
SunView's
commandtool and provide a window with a shell interpreter?  This could
either be
command.com from MS-DOS or, even better, the Korn shell from MKS.
